10. Cancellations: Colin Tipping stands proudly behind his work. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel within the specified time period of 60 days from the date of purchase as long as you have not activated the 21 units. You will be issued a full refund minus the 6% the bank charges us to process the original charge and the refund. Please note, there will be no refunds issued once you have opted in to access the 21 units.
